<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal processing tool for a high voltage pull-down line with an excellent working efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal processing tool 10 performs terminal processing of a high voltage pull-down line W by manipulating a hot stick 9 having a pair of holding pieces 9a, 9b. The terminal processing tool 10 comprises a cutter 1 and a stripper 2. The cutter 1 has a pair of first handle parts 11, 12 connected to be freely opened/closed around a first rotating shaft 1c, and first blade parts 1a, 1b capable of cutting the pull-down line W. The stripper 2 has a pair of second handle parts 21, 22 connected to be freely opened/closed around a second rotating shaft 2c, and second blade parts 2a, 2b capable of stripping off a sheath of the pull-down line W. The terminal processing tool 10 is mounted to a pair of the holding pieces 9a, 9b and comprises a pair of attachment members 3a, 3b rotatably connected to a pair of the first handle parts and a pair of the second handle parts, and a connection shaft 4 for coaxially connecting the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft.
