<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a television receiver or an electronic apparatus which further improves mounting efficiency of components (modules and elements) in a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A television receiver according to an embodiment includes: a housing; a circuit board; an electronic component; a reinforcing plate; a housing component; and a support part. The circuit board is housed in the housing. The electronic component is provided on the circuit board. The reinforcing plate includes a first surface contacting with the circuit board and a second surface positioned on the opposite side of the first surface and exposed in the housing. The housing component is housed in the housing and includes a first support region spaced away from a surface of the circuit board.
