<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control circuit and a charge control apparatus using the same, capable of performing fine control based on a secondary battery temperature for securing safety during charging and enhancing charging efficiency of the secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: A charge control apparatus 100 includes a charge control circuit 50 that controls a charging to a secondary battery 81. The charge control circuit 50 includes: a temperature comparison section 10 for generating a temperature range signal by comparing a plurality of preset voltages with a detected voltage from a temperature sensor 82 that detects the battery temperature of the secondary battery 81; and a control section 20 for performing both a battery temperature charge control and a battery voltage charge control, the former controlling a charge voltage based on the temperature range signal and the latter performing a constant current charge or a constant voltage charge based on the battery voltage of the secondary battery 81. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
