<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foods, food additives, animal or fish feeds, medicines, cosmetics and the like containing azasugar. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided microorganisms producing azasugar 1-deoxynojirimycin, especially, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens AS385 strain or Bacillus subtilis B4 strain of the genus Bacillus, wherein the azasugar is detected by analyzing a culture supernatant or fungus body milled product thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
