<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam gear molded by injection molding with the usage of foam molding technique using a supercritical fluid as a foaming agent, which exhibits high dimensional accuracy and high strength. <P>SOLUTION: The foam gear is prepared by melting the supercritical fluid in a resin composition at least containing a thermoplastic resin to perform injection molding. An SP value of the thermoplastic resin is 16-29, and the foam gear has a foaming magnification of 1.05 or less, and a foam cell diameter of 20 μm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
