<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing apparatus which can perform alignment processing and a missing dot inspection of a nozzle with one camera and of which configuration is reduced in the size and cost. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a stage 39a on which a base material where a liquid droplet of liquid is ejected from a nozzle of an ejection head is placed; a support that supports a liquid impact member 91 where the liquid droplet ejected from the nozzle of the ejection head impacts; the camera 61 that images an alignment mark M provided on the base material 1 or an impact surface of the liquid on the liquid impact member 91; and a camera position control mechanism 65 that controls a position of the camera 61 so as to be switchable between a first state where the alignment mark M can be imaged and a second state where the impact surface of the liquid on the liquid impact member 91 can be imaged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
