<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fire extinguishing equipment suitable for small scale facilities of a type providing private rooms. <P>SOLUTION: The fire extinguishing equipment 1-1 for protecting a plurality of protection compartments has a plurality of fire extinguishing units 2-1 including a fire extinguishing agent container 4-1 and a fire extinguishing agent discharging means 5-1 that discharges a fire extinguishing agent in the container 4-1. The plurality of fire extinguishing units 2-1 are installed by being arranged correspondingly to each of the plurality of protection compartments B.
