<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize controllability of an engine and to suitably control engine performance. <P>SOLUTION: An engine control apparatus includes: a combustion target value calculation part 52 for calculating target values of combustion parameters for approximating actual values of performance parameters to target values; a combustion deviation calculation part 60 for calculating deviations of the actual values of the combustion parameters from the target values thereof; and an actuator control part 70 for selecting at least one of a plurality of control parameters, the correlations of which with combustion parameters are defined beforehand, according to the size of deviations of the combustion parameters in order to eliminate the deviations of the combustion parameters, using the selected control parameter as the object to be operated and controlling the combustion of the engine on the basis of the deviation thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
