<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor mold filling device for a wet cosmetic. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes: a synthetic resin inner plate 1 having a bottom through-hole 3 for multiple colors; a partition plate 11, mounted in the inner plate 1, which has a partition member 12 forming a composite design filling part for multiple colors; a holder 23 on which the inner plate 1 is placed; a base 21 that supports the holder 23; a preforming unit that prefills a multicolor slurry cosmetic material from the bottom through-hole 3 of the inner plate 1, wherein the partition plate 11 is mounted, and recovers a solvent; an air blow unit for blowing air to the multicolor slurry cosmetic material filled in the inner plate 1 so as to make a semi-solid product; an automatic mechanism for taking out the partition plate 11 from the inner plate by using a tool to gap the semi-solid product in the inner plate 1; and a finishing press unit for pressing the semi-solid product in the inner plate 1 to clear the gap so that multicolor product in product design can be molded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
