<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacker crane which is advantageous in terms of cost and maintainability, and also, appropriately supports the load of a lifting table and achieves simplification of the constitution of the lifting table. <P>SOLUTION: Each of a pair of supports 10 is formed into a rectangular cylindrical shape with the length in a vehicle lateral width direction shorter than the length in a vehicle front and rear direction, and a lifting guide recessed fit-in portion U2 for guiding the lifting table 12 so as to freely lift is formed in the side surface facing the lifting table 12, of each of the pair of supports 10. An other member-fitting recessed fit-in portion U1 on which other members 23, 25 for operating the lifting table 12 so as to lift are mounted, is formed at a place on the side surface corresponding to the projecting side of the lifting table 12, of each of the pair of supports 10, the place being separated in the vehicle front and rear direction from the position where the lifting guide recessed fit-in portion U2 is present.
