The present invention relates to a foam generating member for creating crema, the foam generating member being inserted in a filter for extracting coffee and comprising: a plate-shaped body portion having a protrusion at the lower end thereof, the cross section of the protrusion being circular; and a nozzle portion including a nozzle having an inlet port and a outlet port which penetrate the center of the body portion, a membrane which is formed between the inlet port and the outlet port and has fine holes, which are formed to be smaller than the diameters of the inlet port and the outlet port, and vortex space portions having spaces formed between the inlet port and the membrane and between the membrane and the outlet port. The foam generating member, according to the present invention, is provided with the vortex space portions, which have spaces defined by a membrane provided inside the nozzle portion, and thus can effectively generate a large quantity of foam having fine particles when coffee is extracted by creating a vortex in the coffee solution which passes through the vortex space portions. |
