A filter cartridge rapid-replacement apparatus comprising: at least one filter cartridge unit, which is detachably and fixedly connected to a connector unit, provided with at least one fluid inlet and at least one fluid outlet, at least one connector unit, which is provided with at least one fluid inlet (51) and at least one fluid outlet (52). The connector unit comprises a connector (5) and a water-separating apparatus arranged within the connector (5). At the position where the filter cartridge and the connector unit are fixedly connected, the water-separating apparatus introduces a fluid entering the fluid inlet (51) of the connector unit to the fluid inlet of the filter cartridge unit, and connects the fluid outlet of the filter cartridge to the fluid outlet (52) of the connector unit. At the position where the filter cartridge unit detaches from the connector unit, the water-separating apparatus connects directly the fluid inlet (51) of the connector unit to the fluid outlet (52) of the connector unit. The apparatus allows for rapid replacement of the filter cartridge without affecting the water-path, thus simplifying the replacement operation of the water cartridge, and allowing, even after the removal of the filter cartridge, for the water-path to remain unobstructed without having a filter cartridge installed.
