A pipe treatment device, in which an element to be inserted (1) that is inserted into a pipe from an opening of the pipe is provided to be movable in an axial direction along the central axis (S1) of the element to be inserted, a radial direction orthogonal to the central axis, a rotation direction rotating about the central axis, and an inclination direction inclined with respect to the central axis by a moving mechanism, is provided with an insertion end part (2) which is provided on the front side of the element to be inserted that is inserted in the pipe, and formed to have an outside diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the pipe, an axial direction ultrasonic sensor (21) which transmits and receives sound waves in an insertion direction at the front end of the insertion end part, a radial direction ultrasonic sensor (22) which transmits and receives sound waves in a direction crossing the central axis at the side of the insertion end part, and a control unit which controls the moving mechanism according to the results of detection by the axial direction ultrasonic sensor and the radial direction ultrasonic sensor.
