Provided are a wireless communication terminal and an operating system for determining, according to an application, whether to continue the operation of the application, the communication of which was previously disconnected, after a resumption of that communication. A wireless communication terminal (20) comprises: input means (25, 27) that are used to input operation contents to be used for operating an application; a communication means (28) that transmits to a server (10) the operation contents input from the input means (25, 27) and that receives a server processing result that is a result of a certain processing by the server (10); and a control means (23) that, if the communication with the server (10) is disconnected during a time interval from the time when the operation contents were input from the input means (25, 27) until the server processing result corresponding to the operation contents is received from the server (10), determines, according to the application to be operated by use of the operation contents, whether to continue the operation, which uses the operation contents input before the disconnection of the communication, after a resumption of the communication with the server (10).
