PURPOSE: An input device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain excellent sensor sensitivity by forming a transparent electrode on a first flat surface. CONSTITUTION: A decoration layer(3) is formed in a decoration region(1b) of a first surface(5a) of a transparent panel(5). A transparent electrode(4) is formed on the first surface and the decoration layer. A wire layer is electrically connected to the transparent electrode.
