PURPOSE: A program, an in communication device, and a link method are provided to transmit data within a transmission side device to a reception side device without prior registration of setup information. CONSTITUTION: A quick access unit of a portable terminal(3) searches for a PC(2). The quick access unit extracts the PC in a predetermined standby state which transmits responses about search. The quick access unit transmits data about the selected PC selected from the extracted PC.
