<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user terminal to run a program other than the program preliminarily stored in the user terminal in a terminal remote operation, even if a user who receives a remote operation cannot operate the user terminal. <P>SOLUTION: In a remote system 1 which consists of a user terminal 10 to be operated remotely and a remote server 100, the user terminal 10 receives a remote message through a public line network 3 irrespective of whether or not a user has input an operation, and accesses a remote server 100 at an address destination which is described in the remote message.
