摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve a processing shape error in accordance with servo delay of a Z axis (first axis mobile object) which is an NC control axis in a numerical control machinery with an X axis (second axis mobile object) which is not synchronously controlled to the Z axis, and enhance machining accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A work 10 is held on a table 11, and an X axis position of the table 11 is controlled by an X axis drive mechanism 12. A grindstone 20 is supported to a grindstone main axis head 21, and a Z axis position of the grindstone main axis head 21 is controlled by a Z axis servo mechanism 22. A crowing data storage section 5 stores processing shape data in which the Z axis position of the grindstone main axis head 21 corresponding to the X axis position of the table 11. An X axis virtual position calculation section 6 calculates movement distance of the table 11 during servo acceleration/deceleration time of the Z axis, and calculates an X axis virtual position at a point obtained by adding the movement distance to the current position of the table 11. A crowning control section 4 calculates the Z axis position of the grindstone main axis head 21 corresponding to the X axis virtual position from the processing shape data, and provides the Z axis servo mechanism 22 with the calculated Z axis position via a Z axis interpolation operation section 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
