<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate valve having a simple constitution, in which a valve element is correctly and easily mounted to a rotary shaft. <P>SOLUTION: Contact surfaces of a recessed part 95 and a projection part 93 in an insertion process are limited to first parallel surfaces 96a, 96b and second parallel surfaces 97a, 97b, and first inclined surfaces 93e, 93f of the projection part 93 are not brought into contact with second inclined surfaces 95e, 95f of the recessed part 95. Thus, even when the clearance (gap) between the contact surfaces (the first parallel surfaces 96a, 96b, the second parallel surfaces 97a, 97b) between the recessed part 95 and the projection part 93 is set to be very small, the friction force when pushing the recessed part 95 into the projection part 93 is reduced, and the recessed part 95 and the projection part 93 can be smoothly fitted to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
