<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam curable composition for lens sheet support film formation, having high light transmittance of a cured product thereof, small in-plane retardation in a front direction and an oblique direction, and also excellent solvent resistance, and to provide a lens sheet support film and a lens sheet obtained from the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The electron beam curable composition for lens sheet support film formation includes: urethane (meta) acrylate (A) which is a reactant of polycarbonate diol, polyester diol or polyether diol, non-yellow organic diisocyanate, and hydroxyl group-containing (meta) acrylate; and a compound (B) with one (meta) acryloyl group.
