PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an appropriate stereoscopic image by setting the magnification of the electronic zoom uniformly depending on an optical zoom position when correcting the manufacturing error and the parallax of a plurality of magnification lenses having common characteristics.
SOLUTION: For example, it is supposed that imaging optical systems 14A and 14B are parallel to each other in a horizontal direction, that an optical axis deviation of the imaging optical systems 14A and 14B is a permissible limit θmax, and that a deviation amount of a subject between respective right and left view point images by the imaging optical systems 14A and 14B at that time is dw at a W end, and is dt at a T end. In this case, a length V of an electronic zoom cut-out range in the horizontal direction for absorbing an object point deviation amount d in the horizontal direction is V=L-dw-(dt-dw)/(T-W)×(x-W) when a current zoom position is defined as x, a position at the W end is defined as W, a position at the T end is defined as T, and a length of an original view point image in the horizontal direction is defined as L. In addition, V=L-dw holds when x is equal to W, and V=L-dt holds when x is equal to T.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
