<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain evaluation and reconstitution when at least one defective electrode is present, by providing a method for electric impedance tomography. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for detecting data by using a device for electric impedance tomography, the device includes a plurality of electrodes which are conductively fixed at interval in the circumference of the body part of a subject, and forms the image of electric resistance over a cross section enclosed by the electrodes by a reconstitution algorithm, based on voltage and potential difference measurement values in the remaining electrodes, which are generated by current supply via electrode pairs. The method includes: identifying one electrode which is brought into contact with and is not connected to the body part, as a defective electrode by impedance measurement; supplying a current thereby to skip at least the one defective electrode; and obtaining voltage potential in the area of the defective electrode over the defective electrode by skipping the defective electrode at least once. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
