<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological impedance measuring apparatus accurately acquiring an impedance of a living body by a four-terminal method. <P>SOLUTION: The biological impedance measuring apparatus includes: an energizing section 31 for applying a prescribed energization current to a living body via a first electrode 1 and a second electrode 2; and a voltage measuring section 32 for measuring a dropped voltage generated by flowing of the energization current to the living body via a third electrode and a fourth electrode 4. The third electrode 3 and the fourth electrode 4 are divided into a plurality of partial electrodes L1, L2, ..., L5 and R1, R2, ..., R5 within a third area 13 and a fourth area 14, respectively. The biological impedance measuring apparatus detects a left heel position where the heel of a left foot is placed, within the third area 13, and a right heel position where the heel of the right foot is placed, within the fourth area 14. The biological impedance measuring apparatus selects partial electrode pairs according to the detected left heel position and right heel position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
