<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that air penetrates into a tank case of a distribution tank configured by a resin material. <P>SOLUTION: The distribution tank 54 has a partition 201a inside and includes the tank case 201 which is configured by the resin material having openings on both sides and of which cross section in a direction perpendicular to a head arrangement direction is rectangular shape. The whole of the peripheral surface (a side of the direction perpendicular to the head arrangement direction and a surface opposite to a head mounting surface) of the tank case 201 including the openings on both sides thereof is covered with a flexible gas barrier film 202 which is a one sheet member, and thereby channels (accommodating parts) 203a and 203b of which surface is formed of the film 202 are formed inside the distribution tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
