<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the miniaturization and cost reduction of a cell voltage leveling system. <P>SOLUTION: A cell voltage leveling system 1 comprises: a power supply unit 2 that has a predetermined number of cells 61 connected in series and that performs charging or electric discharge; a cell voltage detecting unit 71 that is connected in parallel with the cells 61 and that detects a voltage of the cells 61; a discharger 72 that is connected in parallel with the cells 61 and that makes the cells 61 discharge electricity; a power supply voltage detecting unit 3 that is connected in parallel with the power supply unit 2 and that detects the voltage of the power supply unit 2; and a controller 4 that calculates an average cell voltage by dividing the voltage of the power supply unit 2, calculated by the power supply voltage detecting unit 3, by the predetermined number of the cells 61 and that controls the electric discharge of the discharger 72 on the basis of the average cell voltage and the cell voltage detected by the cell voltage detecting unit 71. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
