<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem in the conventional slab tongue that a large shock is applied to actuators when fall prevention arms receive a slab because the actuators are directly connected to the fall prevention arms, thereby breaking the actuators. <P>SOLUTION: The fall prevention arms 4 are respectively attached swingably around pivot parts 4a on the respective hanging arms 2. The actuators 5 which control the swing of the fall prevention arms 4 are respectively connected to the fall prevention arms 4 of the respective hanging arms 2.
