The purpose of the present invention is to provide a food manufacturing method which can be used more universally and can effectively enhance taste without imparting undesirable flavors, and a method for enhancing the taste of food. The present invention provides: a manufacturing method for food with enhanced taste, said method including a step of adding a peptide mixture obtained by hydrolyzing a ß-conglycinin-containing composite with an enzyme; and a method for enhancing the taste of food, said method including a step of adding the peptide mixture.
