[Problem]To provide an anti-human IL-23R antibody that has excellent activity and/or species cross-reactivity as compared to conventional anti-human IL-23R antibodies, and to provide means using the antibody for preventing or treating various types of diseases in which human IL-23R is involved in pathogenesis. [Solution] An anti-human IL-23R antibody containing both a heavy chain variable region made of an amino acid sequence expressed by SEQ ID NO: 5, 9, 13, 17, 21, 25, or 29, and a light chain variable region made of an amino acid sequence expressed by SEQ ID NO: 7, 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, or 31.
