METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIQUID CRYSTAL POLYESTER

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of liquid crystal polyester is provided to stably and continuously emit prepolymers formed by polycondensation from a polymerization tank in melt state. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of liquid crystal polyester comprises: a step of forming a prepolymer by polycondensating a mixture of a compound indicated in chemical formula 1 and a compound indicated in a chemical formula 2, and removing by-products through distillation; a step of continuously emitting prepolymer from the polymerization in melt state, solidifying the prepolymer while transferring the prepolymer, and manufacturing a prepolymer particles by continuously grinding the solidified prepolymer by grinders(31,32); and a step of heat-treating prepolymer particles in a solid state under inert gas atmosphere to solid-polymerize the prepolymer particles.
