<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp, along with a lighting device, capable of facilitating its assembly and being miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp 100 includes a tubular case 200, and an LED module 300 having a board 301 and LEDs 321 mounted on the board 301 and arranged inside the case 200.
