<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrotalcite-containing master pellet which is sufficiently concentrated and highly dispersed without using large-sized stirring equipment, for example, even in relatively simple equipment such as a biaxial extruder. <P>SOLUTION: The master pellet includes hydrotalcite (A), a base resin (B), and one or more additives (C) selected from a dispersant, melt flow improver or lubricant.
