The method involves providing operating media (5) comprising blowing agent (7) for discharging an extinguishing agent of a portable fire extinguishing training device (1). The operating media are filled in a pressure tank (2) of the portable fire extinguishing training device, where the blowing agent with high pressure of 2-6 bars is filled into the pressure tank. Preset propellant pressure is replenished in the pressure tank. A fire extinguisher agent (6) with extinguishing medium pressure is introduced into the pressure tank.
