<p>PURPOSE: A portable terminal device and computer readable medium are provided to efficiently prevent malfunction in an active state of a touch pad area within a touch display unit. CONSTITUTION: A touch display unit(5) detects a location operated by touch of fingers. A touch input unit inputs a coordinate of the detected location. A control unit(1) executes process of an input operation signal from an operation unit(6). An image scanner(7) photographs code data by using an image sensor. The control unit reads out the code data by analyzing the photographed image data.
