PURPOSE: A spirocarbazole compound with a spiro frame and an organic electric device using the same are provided to be used as a hole injection material and a hole transport material. CONSTITUTION: A spirocarbazole compound with a spiro frame is denoted by chemical formula 1. The compound of chemical formula 1 is used in a soluble process. An organic electric device contains a first electrode, one or more organic layers, and a second electrode. The organic layer contains a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, and a electron injection layer. The compound is used as a fluorescence host substance including green, blue, red, and white colors.
