[Solution] The present invention assumes a business assistance device (100) for assisting business by a person in charge using bio-information extracted from a customer. This business assistance device (100) comprises a bio-information storage means (145), a credit information determination means (150), and a credit information update control means (170). The bio-information storage means (145) stores a customer's bio-information acquired by a bio-information acquiring device for acquiring bio-information of the customer. The credit information determination means (150) determines, as credit information, information that can be used by a third party to specify the customer from among information relating to the bio-information of the customer. The credit information update control means (170) manages the history of credit information determined by the credit information determination means (150).
