<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control device that calculates an accurate power per axis. <P>SOLUTION: The numerical control device includes: converter power acquisition means 300 for acquiring an output power of a converter section 110; motor output calculation means 310 for calculating outputs of motors 13-1 to 13-N on axes; total loss calculation means 340 for calculating a difference between the converter output power and the sum total of motor outputs of all the axes as a total loss; motor loss calculation means 320 for calculating motor losses on the axes; amplifier loss calculation means 330 for calculating amplifier losses on the axes; axis loss calculation means 350 for calculating sums of motor losses and amplifier losses as axis losses on the axes; loss distribution means 360 for computing losses on the axes of the total loss distributed to the axes according to the ratio of the axis loss on each axis to the sum total of the axis losses on all the axes; and axis power calculation means 370 for computing sums of motor outputs and distributed axis losses as axis powers on the axes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
