<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet causing no damage to a surface of a fixing roll even when being used for a long time, having a thin thickness and high strength, hard to contract due to heat and an atmospheric temperature to allow the fixing roll to be stably cleaned when being used for the heated fixing roll and the like, and further allowing oil to be held in the sheet without oozing out of the sheet when containing the oil in the sheet for enhancing cleaning performance. <P>SOLUTION: A cleaning sheet for a fixing device is provided, the cleaning sheet being composed of a nonwoven fabric including a continuous fiber and meeting all the following requirements: (a) An average fiber diameter of the continuous fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric is 0.1-10 μm; (b) Basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is 5-100 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, and a thickness thereof is 5-200 μm; (c) A void ratio of the nonwoven fabric is 30-90%; (d) A melting point or thermal decomposition temperature of the continuous fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric is equal to or higher than 300°C; and (e) Dry heat shrinkage of the nonwoven fabric is equal to or lower than 2%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
