PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent the decrease in the brightness of a light emitting element due to the deterioration of an electroluminescent layer. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal of a first transistor(102) is connected to a first terminal of a light emitting element(101). A second terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first wiring. A first terminal of a second transistor(103) is connected to a gate of the first transistor. A second transistor of the second transistor is connected to a second wiring. A first terminal of a third transistor(104) is connected to the second terminal of the first transistor. A second terminal of the third transistor is connected to the gate of the first transistor. A first terminal of a first capacitive element(107) is connected to the gate of the first transistor. A second terminal of the first capacitive element is connected to the first terminal of the light emitting element. A first terminal of a second capacitive element(108) is connected to the first terminal of the light emitting device. |
