PURPOSE: A light guide sheet, contact point elastic member sticking sheet, and switch apparatus using the same are provided to uniformly emit light to a lighting area by increasing the freedom degree of a light emission layout. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emission units(120) is formed on one surface of a sheet member. One of the light emission units includes a plurality of circular arc prism units. One of the light emission units is arranged on the external end of the sheet member. Each of the circular arc prism units is formed in the inside of the sheet member as a convex shape. A linear line prism unit is formed between one or more light emission units and the external end of the sheet member.
