<p>A short-tube type throttle valve used for an air conditioning system, comprising a valve body (1) and a first moveable valve core (2); the first moveable valve is provided with a first capillary channel (21) and a first overflow channel (22), the valve body also comprises a transition valve core (3) that only has one capillary channel (31) running through the axis thereof and a first restrictive element (4) in a first channel (41) for the passage of refrigerant; the first restrictive element is in a fixed position relative to the valve body, the transition valve core has an annular groove (32) in the middle part of the periphery thereof; the valve body has an inwardly raised annular restrictive element (11), and the annular restrictive element is located inside the annular groove of the transition valve core and coordinates with sidewall of the annular groove, so that the transition valve core can only move slidably in the axial direction within a certain range. The throttle tube uses a transition valve core instead of a stationary valve core, and the transition valve core can move axially within a certain range, thus the transition valve core can move for a certain distance to act as a buffer when the moveable valve core moves axially to contact with the transition valve core, thereby ensuring a smooth transition of change in flow rate of the refrigerant passing through the transition valve core</p> |
