<p>PURPOSE: A polarized light organic photoelectric conversion element, a manufacturing method thereof, a polarized light optical element, a photographing apparatus, and an electronic device are provided to have high polarity by aligning an organic photoelectric transformation layer as 1shaft in advance. CONSTITUTION: At least, one between a first electrode(11) and a second electrode(12) is transparent. At least, one between the first electrode and the second electrode is comprised of graphene. An organic photoelectric transformation layer(13) is inserted between the first electrode and the second electrode. A part of the organic photoelectric transformation layer is aligned as 1shaft in advance within a plane. The organic photoelectric transformation layer comprises liquid crystal type dye and dichromatic dye.</p> |
