PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolated polypeptide having antimicrobial activity.

SOLUTION: There are provided the isolated polypeptides having the antimicrobial activity and the isolated polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. There are also provided the nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as the methods for producing and using the polypeptides.
