<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adequacy of an evaluation index. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether declaration information is temporary declaration information (temporary declaration) resulting from a temporarily factor. An average consumption of energy in an evaluation object time zone which is a time zone other than a time zone in which air-conditioning control corresponding to the temporary declaration occurs (temporary declaration corresponding control air-conditioning time zone) in an evaluation period L is calculated as an energy consumption Wbase which is a reference value. For example, an average of actual values Wi of the energy consumption in the temporary declaration corresponding control air-conditioning time zone is found as an energy consumption Wr which is a comparison value, a difference between the energy consumption Wr which is the comparison value and the energy consumption Wbase which is the reference value is calculated as an evaluation index indicative of an operation state of air-conditioning facilities in terms of energy (energy-saving efficiency). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
