<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the leakage of a slight amount of lubricant in a rotating shaft mechanism and a rotating shaft unit of a production apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A joint actuator of a robot includes a bearing holder 36, a rotor 21 rotatably supported on the bearing holder 36 via oil, and an annular oil seal 38 for sealing between the bearing holder 36 and the rotor 21. The joint actuator further includes an annular small flange 28 which protrudes from the bearing holder 36 for coverage on the side opposite to the oil in the direction of axis line of the rotor 21 while intervening the oil seal 38 and which faces a predetermined portion of the outer circumferential surface of the rotor 21, first oil repellent portions 29a and 30a, oleophilic portions 29b and 30b, and second oil repellent portions 29c and 30c provided respectively to predetermined portions of the inner circumferential surface of the rotor 21 and the small flange 28 so that these portions are opposed with each other and arranged in this order from the side of the oil seal 38 in the direction of the axis line of the rotor 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
