PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of failure in a high-density head such as short-circuiting when the tilting of a piezoelectric pole or an error in wiring electrode pitches of a flexible wiring board occur.

SOLUTION: The plurality of piezoelectric poles 112 are provided in a piezoelectric material 12. A wiring electrode (pattern) 116 that is connected to an electrode 23 of the piezoelectric pole (a drive pole 12A) is provided in an FPC 15. Regarding the wiring electrode 116, a connection portion 117 is formed so that a width W1 of a distal end (end side of the piezoelectric pole 112) in a piezoelectric pole arrangement direction is wider than a width W2 of an elementary part of the piezoelectric pole 112 (W1>W2) to be wider toward the distal end from the elementary part.
