<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary-driven cooker with a rotational speed adjustable by a user without interrupting cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The rotary-driven cookers 100, 101 include: a tubular exterior portion 210; a shaft 420; a rotary drive portion 410; an operation portion 220; and a rotational speed adjusting portion 230. The shaft is inserted into the interior of the exterior portion. The rotary drive portion is received in the interior of the exterior portion and rotary-drives the shaft with the axis of the shaft as the central axis. The operation portion is provided to be operable from the outside of a sidewall of the exterior portion and operates or suspends the rotary drive portion when it is operated by the user.
