<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a waiting time of a user, when medical information searched is huge, by efficiently acquiring and displaying the searched medical information from a data management server. <P>SOLUTION: According to a medical information management system 100, when search criteria of an examination of a display object are input from an operation unit 22, a CPU 21 causes a communication unit 24 to transmit the input search criteria to a data management server 10 and acquires an examination LID for specifying the number of search medical information items (patient information, examination information, series information and the like) matching the input search criteria. When the number of search medical information items matching the search criteria is a predetermined number or more, the CPU requests the predetermined number of medical information items out of the medical information items matching the search criteria to the data management server 10 and acquires them, and after displaying the acquired medical information items on a display unit 23, acquires the residual medical information items that are not acquired yet, from the data management server 10 and displays them on the display unit 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
