<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens fixing structure capable of preventing optical performance from being reduced even though a resin lens is used without causing an increase in cost. <P>SOLUTION: A lens fixing structure 60 fixes a lens (61) in a holding hole 72 of a lens holding frame 41. The lens has three projections 64 projecting from an outer peripheral surface 63a in a radial direction; an inner circumferential wall part 72a of the holding hole 72 has three engagement surfaces 76 gradually decreasing a distance from a center axis line CA as viewed from a rotating direction A5; in each engagement surface 76, a position most distant from the center axis line CA is set to be larger than the size dimension of the projection 64 from a lens optical axis LA; in each engagement surface 76, a position closest from the center axis line CA is set to be smaller than the size dimension of the projection 64 from a lens optical axis LA and larger than the size dimension of the outer peripheral surface 63a from the a lens optical axis LA; and each projection 64 is made to be engaged with each corresponding engagement surface 76.
