<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating member with which a position of an operation key can be recognized through tactile sensation and a pressing feeling can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: An operating member 10 includes: a sheet member 12 detachable to a touch panel 2; and a dome part 11 fastened to cover a part of the surface of the sheet member 12 and elastically deformable by pressing.
