The apparatus includes a disposable cartridge attached to the cartridge carrier. The disposable cartridge includes a needle slideably coupled to the disposable cartridge, the needle slides to extend to the target insertion depth, and a sheath slidably coupled to the disposable cartridge, the sheath slides to extend to the target insertion depth.
